2. Activity- The Postwar Economy. Worked with a partner to answer questions using the cornell notes system.
3. Worked on C level tasks.

***I posted grades today. You have until 3 p.m. on Monday the 16th to turn in any missing work from this 6 week grading period. If you have been absent due to illness come and talk to me to make other arrangements.

Monday, November 9th

2. Activity- Life magazine photo analysis. In a small group you looked at two different photographs from Life magazine, filled out the photo analysis worksheet, and wrote a paragraph comparing the two pictures.
3. Worked on C level tasks.

Thursday, November 5th

1. Daily Opener
2. KWL Chart- divide paper into 3 sections, label them: K, W, L. In the K column list what you know about the 1950s, in the W column list questions who have about the 1950s. The L column is for what you have learned- fill out as we go through the unit. Discussed the K and W columns.
3. Video- The Way We Were. Filled out the L column as watched video and discussed afterwards.
4. Began 1950s Unit packet.

Tuesday, November 3rd

2. Took Cold War Unit Test- if you were absent you need to arrange a time with me to make this up on your own time. I do not allow tests to be made up during class time.

The current 6 week grading period is coming to an end. All missing work from this grading period is due by 3 p.m. on Friday, November 13th.
